Ng Wei Quan
Senior Programme Consultant
Wei Quan was exposed to the Outdoors through his early secondary school days in Presbyterian High School as an NPCC Cadet, where he participated in several local and overseas Outdoor programmes. He was also a Key Appointment Holder of the High Performance Team, which is responsible in facilitating Orientation Camps for Secondary 1 students and local Adventure Camps for Secondary 3 students. He received a certificate of Achievement for his role in High Performance Team and the SPF-NPCC award in recognition of his contribution to his NPCC unit.
Shortly after leaving secondary school, Wei Quan pursued his passion in Outdoor Education by joining several companies based locally and overseas where he actively participated in the planning and operations of cohort programmes organised, while continuing with his tertiary education.
After leaving his National Service as a Police Officer where he received several awards for his judgement, prompt action and analytical skills in successful operations. Wei Quan opted to make Outdoor Education his career instead of his field of study in Hospitality by accepting a role for a company based in Malaysia as a Programme Consultant, where he successfully customised more than 10 successful and still on-going cohort programmes.
Wei Quan joined Adventure Plus Pte Ltd in 2011 and serves as Senior Programme Consultant, overseeing all pre-programme planning, programme operations, programme safety management and after action review of programmes facilitated. His eye for details, focus on quality, willingness to provide excellent customer service and more than 8 years of experience in large scale programmes are vital contributions to the team.

Neo Wen Jie
Wen Jie is a personable and dynamic team-player who performed outstandingly since his Secondary School days as a member of the Presbyterian High School’s Student Council as well as an NPCC Cadet where he was actively involved in organisation of school leadership and outdoor adventure camps. His jovial character and commitment to quality delivery of school events was recognised by many and was presented with the Colours Award for contribution to the NPCC unit and Student Council by the school.
His journey in the outdoor industry has been a series of progressions from entry level to programme management responsibilities. He continued to serve his Alma Mater as an NPCC Cadet Inspector and worked as freelance outdoor adventure instructor over the course of his tertiary education. The exposure to an extensive range of local and overseas programmes has improved his facilitation skills, understand and relate well to clients/participants from all walks of life.
Competent in motivating participants to fully immerse themselves in programmes, Wen Jie strives to foster quality group rapport by creating a genuine learning environment. His success is evidently displayed through outcomes in which participants not only leave with great memories, but also leave with impactful experiences that are applicable to their daily lives.
Wen Jie serves the Adventure Plus Pte Ltd team as a Programme Consultant, facilitating cohort based programmes Outdoor Adventure programmes for schools and corporate organisations. He also leads the expedition training department, ensuring that all staffs are confident and competent in the wilderness environment. His attention to safety, experience in facilitating expeditions and many years of leadership experience are keys of many safe and successful programmes facilitated by the team.

Norman is convinced that the opportunity to experience and develop his passion of the Outdoors, Learning and Sharing is a career in outdoor education. He found his passion for the outdoors back in his teenage days as a Scout Patrol Leader and Student Leader in Fajar Secondary School, where he developed a passion for adventure activities and facilitating outdoor camps for his juniors and fellow peers. He was rewarded by the school with an Eagles Award for his contribution to his Scout unit upon completion of his secondary school education.
Eager to pursue his passion in Outdoors, Norman worked his rank up in several companies from Instructor to Lead Facilitator for corporate and school programmes with his initiative and eagerness to learn while furthering his tertiary education. His different approach on participants from various points of view helps him gain perspective on participants’ true identity and further develop their potential.
Selected as his platoon’s best recruit after his Basic Military Training, Norman was posted to the Military Police Command Logistics Branch where he served as Head Logistics Specialist and left National Service with a Silver Bayonet from the Armed Forces Supply Unit in recognition of his quality performance and decided to join Adventure Plus Pte Ltd.
Norman serves the Adventure Plus Pte Ltd team as Programme Consultant, planning and facilitating cohort, universities and leadership programmes mapped to specific learning objectives. He also leads the staff recruitment and training branch, acting as lead facilitator for staff training programmes and mentor to ensure their constant development. His facilitation quality, knowledge in communicating with people from all areas and ability to stay calm when faced with challenges are key qualities that allowed many participants to bring valuable lessons back home, where they can apply in future.
